Psychological Capital - Evidence suggests that improvements in psychological capital improve hope, efficacy, resilience, optimism, improved job performance, increased employee engagement, enhanced well-being, reduced stress and burnout, greater job satisfaction, higher organizational commitment, improved innovation and creativity, stronger adaptability to change, reduced turnover intentions, enhanced leadership effectiveness.

Psychosocial hazards - survey to understand psychosocial hazards so that your organisation can implement control measures.

Output

For each 12 months paid, you will receive two (2) bi-annual reports. The bi-annual reports include previous results so you can see the impact of your strategies. If you renew your membership, the bi-annual reports will include previous years as comparison data.
